David A. Nettles is a Texas licensed real estate broker and a licensed property tax arbitrator and has been in the real estate brokerage business since 1997.

He has been associated with many successful real estate firms such as Century -21, RE/MAX, J.P. King Auction Co. of Gadsden, AL as Regional Director for the Southwest region of Developments and Retail Broker's Inc of Scottsdale, AZ as Vice President for Texas.

In 2007, he became a licensed Property Tax Arbitrator for the State of Texas and has performed arbitrations in three counties reviewing over $10,000,000 in properties.

This year David became a Mandatory Continuing Educator with Texas Real Estate Commission and feels that his real estate experience have given him the platform to mentor and educate others interested in learning about residential and commercial real estate.

David specializes in selling investment properties, portfolios, multifamily properties and land tracts. He has successfully leased many retail centers, single tenant buildings, warehouses, office and medical spaces. His expertise is listing properties and is interested in meeting with any property owner who would like to see a customized marketing plan for their property.

From conception to completion David has experience developing many real estate projects in Texas. He still enjoys working on projects from dirt to turning on the grand opening lights.
